Fishing St Catherine's area for Catfish, Info needed!

So I've been busy lately but finally get to go fishing this weekend visiting a buddy in St. Catherines..

We're looking to target channel cats and drum or sheepshead? ALl catch and release, we just want a fun evening outing with some big bottom fish.

Where would be the best place to succeed in this plan? So far I'm hearing Jordan Harbor and Welland river...
