My biggest problem now is define what kind of baits should I use to different fishes..

Do you have an article showing that?

You can't go wrong with a worm on a hook, most fish can't resist! Problem with that is sometimes you get pesky smaller fish stealing your bait and those are the ones you don't want to catch.
