It is.
A little over 71% of earth's surface is covered by water or ice. But only 3% of that is liquid fresh water. However, 100% of the dry surface is covered by fisherman, with only 10% of anglers catching 90% of the fish. This photo reveals some of the other 90% of the anglers in midst of catching nothing.
