The sale price is just $29.99. I am so glad that I got one last month. It is a good medium action 6-ft 6-in rod with IM8 and 8 BB reel. I spooled the PowerPro Super 8 Slick 20 lb braided line on it. With only 6 lb mono liked diameter, this line cast like a bullet.

I know the online pic is the green one, but is there also the red coloured one?

I know somebody who bought it for $30 and they're on sale for $39.99 right now at my local CT.

I bought this rod on the recommendation of a friend (not sure why really, I already have two rods, 6'6" and a 10') and took advantage of the sale. I've used it a couple of times now and find it to be quite responsive to 'nibbles'.
