New forum categories and first report requirements

1) I updated the forum categories a bit.

The Resources forum is one of the additions. There was a lot of great content getting buried in General Discussion. This is my current solution for keeping it accessible.

If you have posts you would like moved to the Resources forum, let me know.

The Gear and Tackle Reviews is another addition. I know a lot of you have favourite gear you rave about or have bought things you'd hardly recommend. Now's your chance to be heard! This would also be a great place for beginners to learn about their tackle options.

2) Your First Report now requires the inclusion of original pictures of fish you caught. Please put time and effort into your first report and remember to share. It is, after all, a 1-way ticket into our reports "club".

I am still looking into a "contribu-meter" for Reports access. As I posted earlier, report access based on posts per week would be my ideal solution to protecting the Reports section from freeloaders.
