Never seen anything like that before, I've seen some kinda similar beetles but those came in little dinky tackle boxes and throw ins.

Someone on OFF thought they might be the Uncle Bucks ones, but I did a search and these are smaller. I wasnt sure if I had picked them up somewhere random on a road trip.
