Greetings. Dennis here. Yes Im new to the site,but also somewhat new to fishing in general.
As a kid I did fish with my dad,but kinda lost the drive when I got older. Now I have a wife and 2 kids of my own. This summer we gave fishing another try,since lakes and streams are so plentiful up here. For a while we were going to a nearby marina,where little sunfish were hitting one after another(great for the little ones). Then we tried other sites. A good call since we found a new hole where my 9yr old daughter landed a 3# smallmouth bass on her own for the first time. That same day we landed 6 keepers between 4 of us. Needless to say we are all hooked on fishing.
