I love it when fishing articles show up in major papers.
"70,000 (walleye) fry were released into the Humber in 2001"... wow didn't know that.
I applaud Mr Portiss and his efforts to revitalize Toronto's waterfront/shed such that maybe one day we can have a proper fishery in our own backyard.
Can you imagine... maybe in 20 yrs Toronto can be the next Bay of Quinte walleye factory
