Can someone highlight any new changes, please. Looks to be the same as 2013...

Last year the highlighted changes in red. I check zone 18, 20 and 12 and did not see anything obvious... The front cover (http://www.mnr.gov.on.ca/stdprodconsume/...86927.pdf) indicates changes in 4,5, & 10 and the Winnipeg river.

I think ZippyFx is correct in his comment that the MAJOR changes are shown on the front cover of the new regs.
However the colour code thing re changes seems to have been badly implemented in the current pdf issue on line. And there seems to be a few significant changes that aren’t mentioned properly on the cover.
………….examples:
Here’s a part of zone 5 that has some of the changes:

Here’s a part of zone 4 that has some of the changes:
[attachment=731]
Here’s part of Zone 10 that has some of the changes (note that ALL YEAR SANCTUARIES HAVE BEEN CREATED – that are not mentioned on the cover of the regs):
[attachment=732]
**
2014 Zone 16 looked to be similar to 2013 – but I did not check each and every word and compare the presented content volume.
Bottom line - Safe bet is for every wise angler to read/absorb/understand/follow the current regs in the area you plan to fish.
