Hey guys, most tribs offer Steelhead open seasons year round south of highway 2. Problem is, lots of the rivers are iced up still, but I have started scouting them out as of this weekend. Got a few drifts out before my hands froze to my centerpin 
But if anyone shares my interest in hunting these heads of steel, feel free to message me! I would appreciate if we could all share our observations on what areas might be good to fish (not too dangerous ice-wise, enough open water to drift). Of course we can all keep the info private message as some steelheaders truly have heads of steel
