I had a spectacular day, saw a few small Pike get landed while scoping out conditions and found two new Carp spots...with Carp! (always a bonus!) did get eaten alive by swarms of flies while on the bush trails though.
*Planning on busting out the big-ass beachcaster on the next trip, I finally found a great open spot from where I can long distance cast into the main harbour. I need to pick up a decent drop net from somewhere....
