Just wondering if any shore fishermen here use wireless fish finders?
If so, what kind are you using and how do you like them??
Saw some on ebay and was wondering if they actually work.

Hi there,
I just got the Fish Hunter 3D Directional Casting unit as a Christmas Present. It connects to your phone or tablet through WiFi. Then there is an app to access its functions.
So far I only got to try the ice fishing mode and it worked fairly well. The only complaint was that sometimes the sonar is not connecting properly and you need to turn the WiFi on and off a few times. Also not working in water under 8ft.
I will have to try it from my kayak soon and see how it does.
