I've tried unsuccessfully to learn, or find, any specific "related to position knowledge and experience" our newly appointed Ontario cabinet minster in charge of Natural Resources and Forestry has..........

This ministry controls the MNR, its budgets, plans, and actions.

Surely its not a numbers game without benefit or responsible thought.

Anyone got a clue?

It likley is a numbers game.

Most of the real work are done by the non political staff and departments. He drives government wishes into the department and summarizes outgoing messages for public consumption and policy decisions.

I tell people to never trust politicians because they rarely have experience in the areas they are managing be in MNR or Nuclear Safety.

"Nuclear Safety" is an oxymoron.
