The Perch still there, but you need to get there early morning, before the sunrise. Then will slow down when the sunrise.

I imagine at this time of year would be more white perch that are in the area
Plenty of carp and sheepshead too on the creek side.
I did go out and try it. Got a few sheepshead and a channel cat, not much else.
Try some live minnowsc make good bait for perch.
