I am new to the Morriston/Guelph area and I am looking for some excellent shore fishing spots!
I am looking forward to hearing from everyone!
Mountsberg Conservation area lists fishing as one of the activities, have't been there myself but others have said it's good:

The spot on Guelph Lake where Country Road 29 crosses, southeast of Eramosa, is a popular place, for some. I've never caught anything there, but my experience there is limited.
Fished the dam portion of Mountsberg only caught sunfish others were catching catfish. A pair of hip waders would help at Mountsberg to get to some of the weed beds
OR is decent but the no fishing signs are still up for some reason.
