Even though I haven't been fishing in a while I have been keeping busy with my fish tank by completing a full renovation for it.
Original Tank
First I started off by removing all of the rocks, and decorations.
There was a lot of junk that remained.
The Ghost Shrimp loved it!
After that I removed the fish and plant and placed them in a holding tank until the tank was ready.
We then began to siphon the tank.
My brother began to get tired of holding the pipe so we found a hack!
After that I took the tank outside and did a full scrub down so that it would sparkle.
I added the gravel filled the water up, added some treatment and waited 2 days for everything to settle in.
After the 2 days the fish were ready to go home.
I added the fish, they seemed to like it. I also bought some live plants and planted them.
Sadly some of the fish were diseased, so to prevent them from reproducing and sharing it with their young I had to kill the sick ones off
I bought many new fish and have been adding new things every day.
The new tank

It was a nice experience. Me next mission is to breed Bettas and make a freshwater or river tank.
