ok Guys,
My Idea was to Fish the "Rouge river", Not the "Little Rouge"
So if you goto google maps and start at the intersection of Sheppard Ave and Meadowvale Rd.
go north to the first Bridge south of the Zoo, there is room for parking for a few cars.
You will see to the west side of meadowvale rd, there is a small road that goes toward the zoo, its gone now, and there is no small bridge, parking at the zoo, but its a bit of a hike..

I drive by there a lot, I believe it's here:

The road is blocked off now, but there's room to park. I guess the bridge was scrapped because the road is closed from the other side as well.
From what I heard, they closed the road to make it more difficult to access the Rouge's most productive honey hole
I'll be there at 8:30am

I'm still a bit confused. So I looked at the link MA sent but I'm still not sure where I can park. And will I have to walk that field to get to the river?
Thanks,

The road still exists, it's just been blocked off. We can park where the road's been blocked off. Then we can follow the road down to the river.

Just one more question . So when I park at the blocked area do I follow that road all the way down because it turns and then stops, should I then just walk down the field?
BTW MA how are you gonna be fishing? Float, Roe, Spinner ect...
Thanks,

I think It's too lat to mention now, But you'll be surprised Michael, about that road, Its completly removed now..
~Jeremy.
(EDIT)
Aparently I was wrong...
It seems the City has repaved the road, and removed the road block, and now us anglers have a great parking spot....
