Hey guys,

One of the interesting things about fishing is learning the proper lure or bait presentation given the current conditions. There are so many different variables like depth, retrieve style, size, colour, scent, action, water temperature, weather, etc.

I was wondering what you would think of an app that congregates the fishing journals of anglers in order to display trends. If enough anglers input information on what they caught under which conditions and the style of lure they used, this could be a powerful information tool.

What do you guys think?
I think there are too many variables even for the same location at different times of the day.
I agree with that too many variables. i have seen the same fish on different lures and times. It seems to me that you guys fish the GTA alot!! Do you guys get out of the city try other places? as I am looking for more spots to try. In the east from Toronto.
Can anyone recommend a fishing app similar to a spread sheet where you can record various variables (time, lure, fish, temperature, etc) after you catch a fish?

I get out of the city when I can. On camping trips in algonquin and killarney I'm in my element.

Where else do I fish... hmmm. Well I've never been able to justify going to a lake far away because I don't have a boat. I have a friend with a canoe though LOL.

edit: last summer my friend and I made a point to canoe every piece of water in the area. We had some luck, mostly fails though LOL. Especially when we found out Lake Scugog was private property XD.
I have that app on my iphone. I recently downloaded it.
it already exists? link me up! What's it called?
