Up in Elliot Lake for two weeks and have caught a bunch of smallies fro m shore. Anybody have some crankbait suggestions for this time of the year. Water is really low
Rick again. As well anybody have any hot spots they would like to share. Would be much appreciated
Thanks

Topic moved to General Discussion.

I don't have any lake-specific advice for you. If you're only using crankbaits you might want to try something slower and more subtle like a plastic crawdad or a plastic grub pitched to falled trees or docks... whatever structure is there. See how the bass react to plastics vs. quick and noisy crankbaits.

Micheal got it covered. My most productive cranks though are from corton cordell. Silver works the best in muddy water, if it is very clear try a more natural colour.
