I just picked this up at Lebaron for $7.50; I notice that Basspro online is selling it for $13.
I have been using a lot of snelled hooks this year for catfish rigs and I have been using a swimming noddle segment which has been work just fine, but for $8.00 I though I would give it a try. It has the added benefit of having some internal storage containers which will be hand for carrying terminal tackle.
At first glance it seems sturdy enough. My only fear that some of the internal compartments will come undone during use and spill my little bits of terminal tackle into the rocks or water.

After a year of use this is my got rig for storing my catfish lines and has proved reliable and durable.
