OT - they say they're doing one in Toronto (see tangledline's details), Mississauga (Feb 18, same time, Clarkson Memorial Hall), and Ajax (TBA).

I think the plan is for a more limited study area, basically the GTA. On the poster on the website you can see the logos of the conservation authorities involved, and they stretch from Halton in the west to Ganaraska in the east.
