Good Afternoon - Fransky - 05-06-2012 12:56 PM

Just a quick hi from Etobicoke.

I've been skunked so far this year, but I'm trying to stay optimistic.

Not sure if you cans till get them, but etobicoke creek and the humber river have great runs of suckers. Not too sure about mimico since I recall it being channelized right at the mouth.

Welcome! If you'd like ANY fish I'm sure you can hit a creek for suckers or at least round-nosed minnows/river chubs Wink

It worked for me on my skunks this year and led me to some great carp. You never know!

I've been following your carp conversion with interest. I've traditionally ignored carp, but maybe I'll give them a go.

BTW, thanks for the site

You should try carp! Very relaxing, bring a book to read. Wink And they are fighters! Basically any day I'd be sitting around reading could be a day out carping! 2'fer Big Grin

I learned basics from:

And:

And hammercarp has a great method:
