Does anyone know where to get bulk sinking trout pellets in the GTA?

The nearest place I can find is in Kitchener. I can buy them a kilo or so at a time (eg Mainline), but I want a big sackful for baiting.

Yeah, I have a source for the smaller bags (Carp Kit International), but I need a lot for the season.

I guess chicken feed wouldn't be a suitable alternative. But if you're really strapped you could try a feed store and buy a big sac of it.

I've tried feed in the past with mixed success (actually I used rabbit food).

However, I feel a bit guilty pre-baiting with very low nutrient level bait, and trout pellet fished via PVA mesh has worked really well in the past. The pellets breakdown relatively quickly vs corn or maize, but when the carp are feeding heavily, it gets eaten pretty quickly. it just costs an arm and a leg buying it in 1kg bags!
