Photo linking

Photobucket has recently decided that it needs $399 US from its members each year to allow photo-linking to 3rd party sites.

I agree with most others that this sudden change in stance is a type of ransom and more likely a company decision to discourage private individual use.

Hence I've deleted my account there - and it should become empty shortly.........at this stage a few of my older posts will lose their pics, but it's no big deal.

Any suggestions on a good alternate site going forward?
