I LOVE using Nanofil - it casts AMAZINGLY FAR!
The only 2 things I dont like about it (as someone mentioned earlier) 1) Its not that resistant against abraision 2) Knots can slip, if not tied properly or using the correct knot. Personally, I find Point#1 to be the WORSE of it all. But in all honesty, I just use REALLY LONG leader material...something like 20-30ft depending on the situation. In terms of KNOTS - be sure you know what knots work best in certain scenarios. Understanding your knots, really helped me more as a fisherman |
