Just because the quality of the product you're getting isn't complete shit (and in most cases it is), doesn't mean that the people making the product aren't working under abysmal conditions for a piss-poor wage. That's the real secret behind how China is able to out compete most others in terms of manufacturing costs...no labour code, no work safety standards, no environmental regulations.
