Sarnia Walleye Trout and Salmon

Does anyone know much about fishing at the Blue Water Bridge for these species? Is this a good time to go? What time of day is appropriate to go for good fishing? I heard about this place from my fishing sensei and found out a bit more from the link below, but I'd like to learn a bit more before I go:
