I think they are Creek Chubs.
Fathead Minnow has a dusky bar at the base of the caudal fin (where all the rays begin). Also, in Fathead Minnow the front of the dorsal and the front of the pelvic fins line up (sometimes the pelvic is even slightly behind the dorsal). In Creek Chubs, the pelvic fin is forward of the dorsal fin. In picture 1 and 3 where I can make out the fins, they look like Creek Chub based on fin positions.
