As real as it gets...In the report, I didn't talk about using a wire leader, but I did have about 3 feet of 80lb single strand wire to 4 feet of 60lb mono leader to 40lb mono mainline.

** Seems like my memory was failing me...we were using 180lb single strand wire instead of previously stated 135lb...we were even heavier than I thought...
