Holy crap!! That's incredible! First of all, genius moment this guy had for figuring out he could drop a line down the sewer drain, let alone actually catching something out of it!

Definitely doable. I believe our sewers are linked with the stormwater ponds in the area, and I've seen fish swimming in some of the outflows for them so if they are connected there is a very good chance that you could catch fish in the local sewers.

Do it in New York City.......... might even catch a gator............
I fished a few sewers many times about 40 years ago............ we called them Lake Ontario and Lake Erie back then.............. drum roll.......rim shot...... smile
