Good one Eli! Thanks for sharing........ impressive.
Woah there Eli now that's some novel material! Love that they're thumping under the ice Tongue. The trusty jigging rap at it again!
That's some crazy action Eli.

One big mistake I had was not casting more. I focused more on the bass that I can see and cast too.

I need to work on breaking down an area and just fish.

I would rather sight fish for them. I get more gratification knowing that I can catch a specific fish that I can see, especially if the water is clear enough that the fish can see you too.

I hate it when I can see bass and they don't bite.

I shake my fist at them...haha

Those are moments when you realize there are still much to learn (better understanding of their moods, better presentation, better understanding of your surroundings and blending in)...the moments that remind you that you're still human...the moments that still humbles you Wink

Those are also moments that make you wonder how may fish may have passed up your lure when you were blind casting...and the lack of indication to you, while blind casting, that you were not doing things right to induce a strike.

That's why I love sight fishing...it teaches you a lot more than blind casting ever could. I just love to learn in general.

** Not saying you're not humble, BTW...I know you well enough. Just stating some points, that's all.
