Hi guys so which day is fishing day saturday or sunday and what time?
The 30th sounds like the best day for me..
Let's meet on the 30th. Hopefully I can get around to visiting the Old Mill beforehand and scout it out.
This is in my general vicinity and I would have really loved to have gone, but I'm going camping on the 28th.

Yup, we're still a go. I was looking at the forecast and it's a baking hot 33 degrees forecasted. We should try to avoid this heat. Would you guys be OK with doing either a morning or evening thing?

I was thinking we could meet at 6pm and fish until dark. Hopefully we'll avoid the hotter parts of the day.

I won't be able to go there beforehand to scout it out. The water does appear very shallow. We might be better off at the mouth of the river. Now, if the river doesn't seem fishable we can hop in my car and treck down to the mouth. Try and pack light in case we need to travel up or downstream in search of fish.

We'll meet in the old mill parking lot:

Is anybody else coming from the north, around Markham? A car-pool would be great and we could split the gas.
I've been informed that the better place to park is on the East side of the river.

We'll meet here at 6pm:

I believe the parking I had marked originally is for the restaurant. Sorry for the change.

If you don't have my cell phone number yet, send me a PM and I can give it to you.
