Hey,

Has anyone shore fished in downtown Ottawa?

I hope to take my lady to Ottawa later this summer, or fall, for a few days and thought it might be a fun quest for us to catch/photograph/release a fish in eyeshot of the Parliament Hill buildings – perhaps in the Rideau Canal, right downtown.

Any advice or tips?

Is this even possible (I don’t even know if it’s posted or not)?
