A few acquaintances and I will be at Erindale Park tomorrow around 8am in the morning. A few more guys joining in wouldn't hurt.

There will be fly fishing, spin fishing, float fishing... for whatever we find in there Big Grin.

If you don't already have my number and would like to join us, please PM me your number or ask for mine.

See you out there!
Love to...but can't...got some work to do (I did take Friday off after all).

I may meet up with Richard again tomorrow evening. Had to work and do groceries after work today Sad Looks a little too windy today anyways. Hopefully tomorrow will be BANGING! Wink
Darn!
I have soccer finals tomorrow and I've been itching to get a good day of fishing for a while now.
Well anyways hopefully the day goes well.

Tight lines Smile,

soo how did it gooo???
Hey Michael, sorry I got your message too late.. i ended up going to Port Credit (JC Saddington park) but didnt fish until I ended up borrowin a roe to try (didnt have all my gear with me). I managed to hook something, but i decided to play fish safety and had used an 8lb line as my leader (since i didnt have proper gear) .. and line snapped when he jumped out of the water ... hahah

Was there from about 8:30 - 11. saw 6 hooked and 1 landed .. everyone who had a fish hooked was using a light to medium rod with 6-8lb test line (mono) using salmon roe .. the one persn that landed it had a 12foot rod with 15lb test and using a green spoon .. fish was about 8 - 10lbs .. oh and a carp caught (about 2-3lbs).. salmon was released safely back into the water ... fish was really dark and had a lot of injuries on it..

plan on going out tonight after work .. hoping to be there for 5pm to as long as i can stay .... not sure yet if i want to try roe or just use lures.

We arrived to a muddy river. No salmon were landed, only 1 hooked. Triniboy from OFF hooked into one briefly but it came off. Man, our meet-ups are cursed! Tongue

On to the next one!
Was good to meet everyone though. Next time I will get there earlier and better equiped. Like I said yesterday, We should all head to Port D or the Pool for a day. More room to fish and waaaaay more to look at. I would be willing to drive and/or pitch for gas.

Once my Rod comes back from Shimano I will be out at least every other night till the run is over. Come on out and join me. Everyone I met was pretty cool, so it was my pleasure.

Thanks Micheal.

Sean.

Great meeting you too.
It's not too often I get skunked for salmon. Just not that many there. Lots of anglers there. Where/what is Port D, Darlington?
