Seems a new thread or reply in the general area doesnt allow attachments at all by me.

I seem to be blocked from starting a new thread under the entry section as I do not have 16 posts.

I think Nick had the same problem before as well.

I had disabled new thread creation in the Contests forum to keep it organized. In the Multi-Species subforum, anybody should be able to create a new thread, are there still issues with this? Nick had reported back that it was working and I also tested it a few hours ago. Let me know.

Thank-you for pointing out the restriction on attachments, this has been fixed.
