Yes I had forgotten about the banana! That's what's been a recent addition to my fishing menu. Banana+peanut butter+nutella. It wraps up nicely in a whole-wheat tortilla. It tastes great when it's fresh... but it does not keep well at all. In a few hours you get a mushy, oily mess that stinks of banana.
