RE: What exact knot does thrill bobbers use? - MuskieBait - 06-14-2016 02:29 PM Colour of the bead does not matter either, but a brighter colour would allow you to track the bead to see whether it has slid down the line properly after the float has settled, or whether the bead was reeled onto the spool on the retrieve. Sometimes, a small bead (small enough to pass though the guides) would stick to the stopper knot and travel with the knot onto the spool.
