At bluffer's? the pike are always there.. but I've had most luck in the evening/sundown. Just use spinner baits or crankbaits. I've seen some big 5lb largemouths cruising the marina from time to time so you may get lucky!

Are you guys referring to Bluffer's Park or Scarborough Bluffs Park? I haven't been to either. If pike are easy to catch there, I'll give it try. I've had a very bad year. Is it too late and too cold to catch pike there, now?
