When you slide the loops down toward the line, they always seem to fold over each other or tried to uncoil. Best tool I've find is simply a larger embroidering needle with a larger eye. You can wrap the backing tight around the fly line and the needle, and the loops stay tightly packed and low enough when you pull the needle through at the end. I usually borrow my mom's and it works like a charm every time. Just my $0.02 as usual. |
