Newcomer - stephen - 10-25-2013 08:23 AM Hi My name is stephen,I havent fished now for about 30 something odd years and now ready to get back at the most relaxing and enjoyable sport.I'm talking my daughter in to it and she wants to get in summer and give it a shot, but i'm tring to figure out the best way for her where she will enjoy it most.should i learn her how to cast for bass,or just take her out for pearch,we have no boat though ![]() ![]() RE: Newcomer - shawarma - 10-25-2013 09:58 AM Welcome, Stephen! How old is your daughter? I don't think it'll matter which fish you target first. Just go out there with some worms and a bobber and get her to catch the first fish and she'll want to catch the second and voila, you've got her.. err.. hooked (hah!). RE: Newcomer - OldTimer - 10-25-2013 12:14 PM Welcome to OSF Stephen. Some of the past posts and articles here should help get you on the right track.
