thats the thing though... i would rather be throwing a lurh jensen than a subsurface lure. after all, i would be on vacation and would want more top water action

less likely to attack surface lures!? oh how disappointing. this is one place i thought i could try for peacock bass. have you tried for them in florida?

here are my thoughts: if you have the time to tune a lure, more power to you. however, i like to have a lure that runs true out of the box. i would rather be fishing that tuning.
