I called the Town of Richmond Hill yesterday and I was told that I Can fish that lake, and that it is in fact public :) So if some little old lady told me to leave I would kindly tell her no way :)

Thanks for the info Jeremy. :) I think I might try my luck again tomorrow after work. I also want to try out Lake Wilcox any tips or pointers will be MUCH Appreciated

I was there last night around 7:30pm and I caught a few Rock Bass. And I agree absolutely NOWHERE to park. I had To pull onto the shoulder with my hazards on :)

How can you access the ponds at Woodbine and 16th? I went yesterday with my sons and its all fenced off.
