Great Lakes Observing System
In case anybody hasn't seen it before, the Great Lakes Observing System this is a (nearly) 1-stop shop for checking water conditions.
http://data.glos.us/obs/ You can also search by parameter eg: water temperature. Although having trouble finding it for Toronto *shrugs* Any other online resources worth mentioning? |

RE: Great Lakes Observing System
/Here
http://www.coastwatch.msu.edu/ontario/o1.html click the historical link to right for archived temp info. (these are surface temps) I would say invest in a float thermometer for yourself. I have seen differences of 8 degrees between the open water and back of the shallows in the sunshine. Needless to say thats where the fish were too. http://www.fishingtoronto.com |
