Fishing Derby and Contest info
Hey,
This week I learnt of a fishing derby that’s been going on for the last 72 years VERY close to my home. I would have gone had I known………… Apparently it’s the oldest Sucker Derby in North America. Makes me wonder: what other fishing events & derby are going down, that are not well advertised, or not widely published – yet might be fun for some of us to participate in. Perhaps the forum calendar could be used to show such events – or perhaps a thread, or better yet a simple chronological yearly list ?............... Regards, OldTimer <>< I once gave up fishing. It was the most terrifying weekend of my life. ><> See you on the river. |
