RE: Great white shark tracked to Newfoundland
I'm pretty sure that's the same research team from a show called "Shark Men". I think it's on the National Geographics channel. They have episodes after episodes of footages from their shark fishing and tagging project. Aside from White Shark, they also catch and tag Tiger, Galapagos, Greater Hammerhead, Bull, Silky and Blacktip sharks. The two seasons I watched they were tagging in Mexico and in California the last two seasons. I know there are some sharks tagged in the East Coast from that project...but not sure if it was recorded in the show.
Malama o ke kai Caution - Objects in picture are smaller than they appear. I am genetically predisposed to make fish look bigger. Life List: 577 species and counting (2016: 91 new species) http://muskiebaitadventures.blogspot.ca/...-list.html |
