Nail clippers with a lanyard attached – for clipping lines.
Needle nose pliers and/or forceps
Hook sharpening stone - small
Cheap plastic twine stringer
Cheap plastic hook disgorger
Swiss Army Knife or Lock blade

What are yours?

I heard emery board can work as a hook sharpener, anybody try this? I also have a small wet stone for knifes I try to sharpen hooks with... not sure if it works though XD

Still trying to learn about proper hook sharpening =P

Fine Emery boards can work, as would your small stone, so can the file on a nail clipper.

I've tried many different tools for hook sharpening: from stones, to diamond files, to expensive battery operated gizmos - and yes some worked great - but for the price a cheap stone like the picture below is that I have settled with.

Does a half decent job - can get em for $2 - they are small and light weight - and you can attach them to whatever with the chain... I attach mine to a boat key ring float to save it from ending up on the bottom of the bay.

Cheers

That's a wicked-awesome attachment. Better than anything I've been able to find through Googling.

I think X-raps might be one of the best lures ever made. You cannot fish them wrong, and they cast a mile! Oh, and they catch fish!!! hahahaha
