Illinois Exploration 2013
For easy sharing purpose, I've posted the report on my blog. You can click on the links below to read all three parts of the trip. Enjoy!

http://muskiebaitadventures.blogspot.ca/...day-1.html

http://muskiebaitadventures.blogspot.ca/...day-2.html

http://muskiebaitadventures.blogspot.ca/...day-3.html

** After three glasses of Sangria, some tapas and a plate of paella, I started writing this report at 11:30pm...and finished it at 2:30am...and posted it here at 2:45am...how's that for dedication to timely reporting? Tongue

The two gar species and the orangespotted sunny were pretty easy...if you can go next year, they would not be hard lifers. Orangethroat darter in that one stream were everywhere as well...pretty easy.

Fantail darter and blackstripe topminnow... two seriously cool-looking micros.

Ben's bighead carp... I wish I could have been there to see that... on a friggin' spinner... awesome.

RE: Illinois Exploration 2013
Neither. Both paella and Sangria actually inhibits prompt reporting...because I spent 3 hours at the restaurant that could have been 3 hours of writing Tongue

RE: Illinois Exploration 2013
Tapas were consumed alongside paella and Sangria...so no, that can't be the reason...

I just have fast typing fingers and I write fishing reports like a madman...
