Some Canadian Tire and PetSmart locations carry worms, you can try calling around until you find one that has them in stock.

RE: Worms in Brampton?
Never thought of PetSmart being a place to buy worms. I'll have to remember that. They're building a new one here at the Centre Mall in Hamilton. Hopefully they will have them in stock as it'll be much closer to me than going farther east to Fishing World or up the escarpment to Bill's Bait And Tackle.

Technically this is just across the Caledon border from Brampton but the independent gas station on the east side of Highway 10 a little south of King St always has worms. Dost Petroleum I believe. It's the first gas station you'd hit if driving north on 10 from the end of the 410. $4/dozen I think. They sell salmon eggs too.
