free baitcaster?

I was over at East Cove last night after hours and hooked an old fishing line under the water... reeled it in and started pulling the line up, expecting to find a rusty old lure or a hook etc......

I got half a fishing rod with a Zebco PS5000 still on it!

I don't use baitcasters, so if anyone wants it and is in the downtown area sometime soon, claim it now. I stripped the line off it and cleaned it up. I think it may have been brand new when it went in, as there's no apparent damage or wear on it.

Hey Mike, I'll take it. It can be a project to work on the reel.

I'm downtown tomorrow and perhaps over at the Islands on Saturday or Sunday...and maybe downtown for work on Monday. Whereabout do you want to meet up?

Don't know if it needs much work it cleaned up like new. Everything seems to moving ok. I don't think it was in there for long.

I am down at Ashbridges tomorrow and out and about on the weekend. I'll PM you my number, text or call me when you are downtown.
