Hello all!

looking forward to the new season this spring/summer fishing from shore.
(having no boat is not a good feeling for a fisherman)

i will be looking forward going over the forum on where you all spend the time fishing from shore.

Hey CanucksKin,

Welcome to the OSF forum.

Boats are great - had many along the way, and still do .......... prefer shore fishing.

Cheers,

OldTimer

Agree with OT. Boats are great...but I still prefer shore fishing.

You don't always need a boat to catch great fish. In fact, most of my 715 species, and many of my biggest, were caught from shore.

Shore fishing may seemed limiting at first, but when you spend time to pattern the fish, it can be quite challenging and extremely rewarding.

And...sometimes...the lakes and ocean almost seems too vast for you to decided where to start and where to fish. For shore fishing, choices are often more obvious and easier to make as truly good shore spots are often limited.

Caution - Objects in picture are smaller than they appear. I am genetically predisposed to make fish look bigger.
